Andrew Wickham - Managing Director

I have been working in property since 2003. I began my career as a decorator and then developed a property maintenance company. I went on to work alongside local letting agents where I managed the maintenance of approximately 100 properties.


I went from managing property to becoming a landlord and have always felt that continued education is key to a successful business. The ever changing landscape of the industry needs constant attention so that we keep up to date with the changes.

I went on to study with Simon Zutshi on the Property Mastermind Program which was about 16 months of intensive training. It was here that I met my business partner and now good friend Daniel Bright where we determined that our goals and ethics are aligned.

 

We have since invested in emergency housing, HMOs and single lets and we are now proud to have created Help2House Ltd

 

We continue to invest in our education within the property field to ensure we serve our clients and the industry as best as possible. We are currently working on Daniel Hills Property Entrepreneur business course.

Daniel Bright - Financial Director

I have a broad range of experience within the industry including implementing systems for property sourcing, marketing, deal analysis and finances.

 

I now help landlords, property owners and Registered Providers with creative solutions to property problems.

The main objective now is to help Registered Providers meet their statutory duties towards

housing needs which means that we are keen to work with property owners who are happy to provide places of residence. Our combined experience and knowledge at Help2House Ltd along with our determined work ethic and aligned values means that we are all pushing in the same direction to bring affordable homes for those who are most in need.

Letitia Stanley - Property Manager

I am responsible for the general management of our properties. I coordinate and oversee maintenance and ensure that all the necessary compliance is kept up to date. 


I arrange quarterly visits to the properties, produce reports and provide photographs to confirm their condition and ensure they are kept in an orderly state.

I am the point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing a seamless service that 

​

keeps everyone informed and reassured that everything is in excellent order.

Morgan Murphy - Social Media & Relationship Manager

I joined the Help2House team in November 2021 and have been working on getting our presence felt and message heard on social media platforms.  I also help onboard clients including landlords and property owners and I ensure they get the best possible experience from working with us.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of a business that primarily aims to help those 

who are most in need. My objective is to build strong, long term relationships with clients who are aligned with the same aspiration as us which is to help where help is needed in the social housing sector.
